Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via the returns portal with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the fragrance is cushioned.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
